Moonseq - Genomic Variant Viewer
A fast, scalable full-stack web application for genomic variant analysis leveraging VarSeq annotations, with advanced filtering capabilities, integration of external databases, and shortlisting. I implemented a architectural redesign and rewrite to significantly optimize performance and scalability for WGS data.
TidyLab - Lab AI & Resource Management
A tailored web application for lab ressource management: Maintain up-to-date records for plasmids, oligos, and organisms; track cloning histories and project status and leverage internal AI models to support experimental planning and decision-making.
Variant Effect Predictor - Student Project Computational Biology
Variants of Unknown Significance (VUS) remain a major challenge in genetic testing. For a university course, I developed a variant effect predictor that uses sequence embeddings from a genome language model (GROVER) to analyze the impact of coding and non-coding variants.
